Windshield Wiper - Please help.

Found the 20A fuse for the windshield wiper is blown. Put in new one and it blew right away. Anyone had this issue and how to fix it. I cut the wires from both motors attached to the windshield washer bottle. I'm not sure if that caused it to keep blowing up the fuse.

Why did u cut the wires? Did you cover the wires or are they just laying there? Could be grounding out
I did not cover the wires but I will cover them.

The battery didn't have a tie down when I bought it a week ago therefore it's free to move around and it catches the power steering pulley, the pulley gave it a good gauge on the side of the battery, enough for the fluid acid to leak out and damaged the washer motors badly.

Probably not many people had this issue, most people don't normally cut wires indiscriminately. If the cut wires are still touching, that's why the fuse keeps blowing.
