windshield wipers will not "park" ?

Turn them on... They work, but will not return to the "parked?" position? only come down 3/4 of the way if that makes sense.
tried searching and a few guys recommended pulling the stalk and cleaning the connectors... no luck.
Any other ideas before I dump unnecessary moneyz? lol

If they Park only part of the way down its more likely a mechanical thing.
If they just stop when you cut the power that's different.

yep... they don't park in the original resting location.

They are not traveling way past the normal spot on the upswing are they? Meaning could they had been pulled at one point and put back on with the wrong alignment?
