Wiper blade recommendation

A little over 2 years and my wipers have started to streak. Any recommendations on what to replace the factory ones with? They held up pretty well until recently and my dealer wants and arm and a leg to replace both. A quick search on Amazon has Bosch, Rain-X, and Michelin stealth with good reviews but I'd like to hear from you guys on what you recommend. Thanks!

I haven't checked pricing on OE blades, but I like them. Generally I use the Trico Force from O'Reilly.
 
The refills got a bit expensive. About $15 on Amazon. List price is about $8.32.
FWIW, I was a bit disappointed with my last set.

You said your oems lasted 2 years. That should answer your question on what to stick with. I tried bosch, trico, the brand that costco carries (goodyear?). Ended up going back to OEM. Call around your local dealer, they may have at a lower price. ~$6-7, depending on length.

You can buy multiple and save at several toyota dealer ebay stores. Save or if you have other toyota/lexus cars, see if it fits those.

Thanks for the info. Being in SoCal any rubber part that sees sun for extended periods of time usually starts to break down fairly quickly. Very impressed with the OE quality. I thought maybe the aftermarket had something better but will shop around with different dealers to get a good price on the inserts.

Taking it in for the 30k service so hopefully they can nudge a bit on price.
 
I'm also in the SoCal sun and replace mine with the Goodyear ones annually, needed or not. The exception is the rear wipers. I usually get from Amazon or Toyota online. I usually replace them every two years since they are not used as much.

I didn't keep an eye on my wife's 2014 RAV4 and all of her OEM ones disintegrated. I replaced the fronts with Goodyear in about a minute and ordered a rear one from Amazon. After ordering I found out it's shipping from China. There is no hurry on it so we will wait until it arrives to change it out.
 
2 years is too long for rubber insert. Replace it more often or get Silicone such as PIAA (those will go more than 2 years, I know).
 
I change mine every fall or if I get my windshield replaced.

The last time I was at a dealer I asked about wipers and they said just get the inserts. I asked about the wall of aftermarket blades they had. He replied with ... they will cost you more money and won't work as well. He even offered to help me change them if I took them off and brought them to the parts desk.
 
I had a coupon for gen-u-wine Toyota inserts at the local dealer, he told me they were not factory, but substitutes. Factory costed more, but I paid it, it was worth it.
 
Shopped for a set of blades few weeks ago for my other car - 18" and 24" - talk about sticker shock. I was replacing some Goodyears I bought at Costco that were never worth damn. I couldn't stomach $35 - $40 for Bosch Icon and Rain-X so spent $25 for Michelin Stealth. They work great - time will tell if they last.
 
I think it's time to bring these back to fashion. :car:

Hmm. What's wrong with me?

20k miles. Bought brand new in August 2016.

My wipers already streak. All of them. Even the rear.

Judging by what you have written for your location, I bet the sun has something to do with that. You're "supposed" to replace them once a year at least anyway.
