I have a 2007 4-runner SR5. The last 2 sets of OEM wiper blades have been skipping across the windshield on the up stroke and then working properly on the return. Have replaced the whole assembly both times. What could be causing the blade to skip across the windshield? Thanks for any suggestions or ideas.
