Wiring and vacuum repair

I just picked up a 88 V6 and it's previous owner seemed to have hacked a lot of wiring into it. I had to remove all the speaker wiring and something that was going to the rear end, also had a few vacuum lines blocked off with screws, just curious as the where they actually should go or if it is fine blocked off. I have a picture of one plug in concern, any idea where it leads would be great, the male is still connected to the harness but this was snipped. Located under the TH with the injector wires.

Awesome thanks, now I have these 2 nipples that were blocked off, curious if they go anywhere, also have a single vacuum line that is blocked off. Wanna make sure these are ok to block.
