Wiring Help

Due to a knucklehead trying to put in an aftermarket radio without an inline fuse, I got the honor of installing an entire new dash wiring harness in my 06 4r.....
Only 3 plus left to button up and looking for your guys help.
Two smaller plugs are on the drivers side under steering wheel, 3rd larger enlongated is just to the right of the radio and ac. Any help in figuring out what these go to would be greatly appreciated. 06 4r sprt 2wd

first picture- I can see what area it is from your picture and I don't see anything like that in my truck

2nd- white plug with 5 wires (yellow, black, green, green/yellow, white/black) tucked up around where left leg would sit close to data connector, not plugged into anything on mine.

3rd- I don't see that one at all but I don't have the center radio area out so it may be out of sight for me. judging from your picture it doesn't look like it plugs into anything
