Wobble

My 4runr has a wobble that feels like the lug nuts are loose. They are tight. It is more pronounced at low speeds and does not come through the steering wheel. The rims are stock and I think they may be aluminum. Were these stock on an '88? Could they bend without me hitting anything? Any other possibilities?

There's lots of things that could cause a wobble.
Ball joints, TRE's, really bad wheel bearings, I've even seen a bad steering stabilizer do it.

Thanks again fourwd1! I had new tires put on and I don't know if it has completely gone away but it seems much better for now.
