Workin on finishing AIT then a big build?

So, I joined the army national guard April 18th 2013 and I finished basic combat training October 31st from fort Jackson in South Carolina 2/60th bravo company and now I'm here at "ordinance island" in fort lee Virginia training for my mos as a 91B wheeled vehicle mechanic.

Well I have my 98 limited with 104k on it. I was thinking about beefing up the engine a bit in preparation for a.... Twin turbo? Not sure yet but I'm gonna still improve the internals for adding forced induction to it at some point.
Looking at some parts from LCEperformance

much easier to twin turbo

Rockford (machesney park) 135th chemical. I have a summer home in fox lake. And my mom has a house just off 47 and I90 so I travel a bit.

Well when I get home, I have school and the total I get to pay for school is $1200 a month for 36 months of being a full time student, and the schooling is free. So it's kinda money in my pocket. And I am going to try and line up a part time job just to fuel the fire a bit.
I wanna stick with my engine partly because I'd rather not do a swap and isn't an injector kit electronics and injectors needed anyways to keep up with the fuel consumption on the 2jz..? So $1400 for the internals and I don't have to swap it out and I get to keep the young engine.
