Would a Tacoma TRD Access Cab Cat Back fit an 05 4runner?

2015 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab TRD Sport factory OEM exhaust cat-back

Thought this sounded like a good deal. I really want to change up my exhaust so i can have the rear window down, would this work?

i would look for installed pictures to determine if the exhaust hangers are in the same location. i know the rear one isn't because of where the exhaust exits
