Would tundra rims fit my 3rd gen? PIC

Hey fellas, just wondering, would the newer base style tundra rim fit my 02 Toyota 4runner? Im in DESPERATE need of tires but im kinda strapped for cash right now. Here is a pic of the rims. My current setup is 285/75/16 yoko geolanders on a 3/1 lift.

Are those 5 lug? If so then definitely not.

Negative. Tundra's have a 5-bolt lug pattern. 4R's have a 6-bolt pattern.
