Would you pay $10K for this?

Would you pay $10K for a 2000 4x4 SR5 with 103K miles? It's got a 2.5" Bilstein lift with newer wheels and tires. Below are some pictures. Inside is clean and the paint is what you'd expect for a 2000 but in great condition nonetheless.

KBB lists the value at $7,500, which seems low based on what others are asking in the area (San Diego). Also it doesn't appear KBB is providing much value for the lift and wheel/tire combo. I realize asking and actual price paid are two different things, but other private sellers are asking ~$11K - $12K. Do you think this is a good deal?

I have to agree with Connor here. I think his numbers are dead on.

The offset on those rims looks weird. Looks clean though. Those pictures make to paint look deceivingly clean, you can see all the swirls in that one pic.

He is a bit high but not to far off really. So-Cal marlet can be hard because most people know they can get more for clean 4runner. AKA no rust issues in most cases. Good luck man. It is nice though.
