WTB: 3rd Gen 2001-2002 Sport Black [Boston]

Some more information about me: Recent college grad living and working in Boston. Looking to buy my first used car and want a 4Runner as a weekend and errand vehicle. I commute on the T Monday-Friday but try to get out of the city into NH/ME/VT to hike, climb, camp and snowboard as often as I can. I have a garage spot included with my apartment and I in a residential neighborhood. My current car is a donated 2002 Saturn SL2 that is falling apart; the front bumper isn't flush, no passenger side mirror, back doors don't open from the outside, the list goes on... I've read through dozens of threads on this forum to understand 4Runners and have dreamed about buying a 3rd gen for months. Looking for one that is primarily stock as I don't have high clearance in the garage and will use the truck for grocery shopping and going to the climbing gym a few times a week. I like the look of clear corners and Satoshi grill mods and plan to remove the running boards so any of these are a plus. I would also consider Silver or Metallic Grey in addition to Black.

It's not a sport, but I'm near Boston and selling my black 2001 SR5 with 165k miles. All stock except tires/wheels, head unit, running boards removed, and some plastidip. Comes with everything it needs to be totally stock.

Thank you both for the replies and leads! Unfortunately I'm really set on a Sport Edition. I know I'm picky but I don't like the look of the chrome front and rear bumpers and don't plan on getting aftermarket in the near future.

Mine's sold, so I don't tell you this to convince you:

I felt the same way and ended up just plastidipping the front and rear bumpers. Held up fine for 2 years. Good luck with your search either way!
