do you have the limited flares? if you have a highlander pkg. the limited door moldings will not work for you. however i have a full set of limited flares and mouldings, i would trade for your highlander flares.

the limited flares actually come down lower where they meet the running boards. if you look closely at the pic here and compare with yours, you will see how yours stop at the bottom of your doors, where the limited ones go slightly past the bottom of the doors. thats why the limited running boards look a bit more narrow than the SR5 Sport and Highlander flares.

also, the rear door cap is one piece with the back flare.

highlander flares are the ones on 00SR5HIGHLANDER's pic. they look like limited ones, but do not have the door caps, and differ slightly as described above.

toyota is known for making a lot of things very similar, but not enough to be compatible.


however, i do believe in the first year the highlander pkg was availiable, it came with the same black flares you have on yours.
