Hi JMat,
Are you still looking for a center console? I am parting out a 2000 SR5 with FB16 moon mist fabric interior. The console is complete, I have the lid off and was going to list it for sale. The console has the rear cup holder, fan control and heat selector. I'm in Michigan and would be willing to pull it, pack it up, and ship it if you are interested. You can see glimpses of it in the pictures I have posted here:

Hi Al... Sorry I didn't see your response to my original post. I am interested in the center console and hardware could you send me some pix? What are you asking for all the parts and since I don't know the shipping size or weight what would shipping be to 89521(Reno NV). Also what are you asking for the sterring wheel? Thanks, John

Here are some more of all of the console. The black front cup holer/Ebrake cover does have a crack in it on the passenger side. I tried to circle/outline it with yellow wax marker so you can see it. Other than that it is all in really nice shape. This truck was never smoked in so the rear ash tray is new. The lady we bought it from, bought it new and until we got it, it never had a rear seat passenger! I do not think the rear cupholder has ever been used!!! I will PM you the cost for the complete console and the steering wheel with shipping to the zip you provided.
