Wtb: 3rd Gen Bumper (Tube or Plate)

Looking for aftermarket front bumper for a 99 4runner. Prefer a tube style front bumper, something along the lines of addicted Offroad or savage, but open to all others.

I live in central ca and am willing to drive to pick it up.

I have cash in hand and am ready to buy.
