For anyone interested I found the toyota part number for these pieces. 75075-35903 I guess I'll bite the bullet and buy those if I can't find them elsewhere.

Ooo dang... can't help then. I just broke mine off... I was wondering if you needed a template or something... oh well.

just letting you know they dont sell them individually. thats a customized piece flare that someone fabbed up. trust me Ive been looking for body flares for the past 2 years and if toyota tell you they have them walk away. Ive called over 50 toyota dealers

Incorrect. They are an OEM Toyota Original Part.

Here are the part numbers for the pieces that I needed:

75075-35903
75076-35903

I know because I bit the bullet and just bought them from Toyota. They may be a hard part to find, and the 50 dealers you called may not have had them. But they are a factory Toyota part.
