Do you know what is broken on yours? I have a seat track, but I have sold the motors/gears that move it forward/backwards on the tracks
Thank you for quick response. I believe the problem is two fold as the motor is fine:
1. The tracks are bent. Seat won't move forward and back.
2. A few of the teeth in round gear that connects to back of seat are broken. The seat won't hold in place and keeps reclining a few slots from desired position.
I purchased the 4Runner with busted seat and I had already fixed the back (back frame was snapped) using seat from junkyard. I connected back from junkyard to my seat's bottom and thought I was set. Unfortunately, the seat from junkyard is manual and not power. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Seat not moving forward and back could be several issues. If the seat tracks are bent, that will do it. However, if the plastic gear that turns around the seat gear is broken or stripped, it won't move.
I have a good complete seat for parts (leather is shot) minus the plastic gears and motors.
Where are you located?
I'm in New Jersey. I'm not concerned about the condition of the leather, only the mechanics and this seems worth a shot. What price works for you? and what would shipping cost from WA? I would probably want shipped to parent's address, zip code is 07646. Thanks again. You've been very helpful.

If I can remove the upper part of the seat, shipping should be ~$50
If you want me to ship the seat whole, I would let you arrange shipping. I can strap it to a pallet.
I guess it makes sense to buy the whole seat. I will look up shipping prices w fedex in the morning. Do you know how much the seat weighs? After I get quote from fedex, I will send you a PM with my contact info and we can plan out. Think about what $ works for you and I how I can send payment. Thx again.

I think $50 for whats left of the seat is fair.
Keep in mind it will be strapped to a pallet, so account for the weight of the pallet. Should be around 100lbs or less.
