I bought a Q Logic stelth box with a Rockford 10" included for $200 on ebay.. check there.. it sits against the fender, and there is still room for my DOUBLE stroller back there....

i was reading about the qlogic box and some are saying they a junk?...

Not junk. I swear by my little 300w 10" tucked so far out of the way, I forget it's there when I load furniture or baby stuff in the back! You won't win any competitions, but it sounds just great!

If you're in South Florida, I'll even meet up with you and give you a demo. I've got one single amp running everything, it's 5-channel, 700w eclipse (100x4, 300x1). The bass isn't too much for the speakers, and the system sounds just wonderful. Q logic is a class act company. Their product quality is only surpassed by their customer service. I've been using Q logic boxes since high school.
When this box arrived, the outer box, for decoration, was cracked. Without hesitation, they painted and sent me a new one at no charge.
