WTB 3rzfe for 1996 4runner 4cyl 2wd

Hi, i'm new to this forum so apologies if i'm not up to snuff on how this place runs.

My sister has a 1996 4runner (3rzfe, 4cyl auto, 2wd) with 225k on it and its puffing white smoke pretty badly. Looks like the head gasket is letting go.

What i'm looking for is a lower mileage complete engine to swap it out with, to minimize downtime. I don't want her truck to be down for a month or however long it takes to rebuild an engine. I'd rather just be able to yank the old, toss in the new, and be on my way.

I'm in Orange county, costa mesa, CA and would prefer to find something locally rather than pay to ship, but i'm willing to pay for shipping if its something worth it.

Ideally i'd be interested in a crashed truck (4runner, t100, whatever) that we can just yank the complete engine and trans from without taking any of the manifolds or accessories off of.

I may be getting this kit myself so you can have my running very strong one for half that price. im at 188k going strong but cold start gives a few shakes. needs coil replacement but perfect for drop in with manifolds. im building JDM turbo plant from ground up and wont need to keep stock manifolds
