If no one has one to sell you can still get these brand new from Toyota for less than they usually sell on eBay. I had to buy one for a 97 I sold and those were less than $50 from the dealer if I remember correctly. Used ones were going for more on eBay.
Some parts are crazy expensive from your local dealer, but these console covers are reasonable.

Looks like they are no longer available from Toyota. The 58905-35080-E0 (leather) supercedes to 58905-35070-E0 (vinyl). I have gotten lucky and found some parts at dealers around the country on their shelves before, but usually they just tell you "we can't get them anymore"
