Just so you know I am looking for a used 2000-2002 4Runner. I may find one today or months from now - I am under no pressure.
It must be 4WD, ABS, 3.4L V6, auto trans., 4 door (I assume they are all 4 door), no rust, and CA Emissions Compliant.
May consider 1999 model year with low miles. My wife does not like the 2003+ style and they cost too much anyway.
Prefer truck to be in CA, NV, AZ, NM or TX, but can be on west coast, southwest, midwest, etc.
