I fell in love with the 3rd gen couple years ago when I got my 97 Limited. Body is very clean but underneath it’s a bit rusty so I'll use this for some random wheeling but also want a clean, rust-free one as nice daily since I like driving it a lot (may do some mild mods on it too). I’m in Chicago but will travel anywhere in US outside the salt/rust belt.

I’d love to find one like mine that’s babied in good shape mechanically and has all maint up to date. 99-00 because I want the updated stuff and drivetrain, would love to find e-locker but not a must. White or silver preferably but may be open to others.

Looking to spend $10k max and hoping for 200-250k max miles.

I’ve been looking and these are hard to find so figured I’d post here and may get lucky. Thanks!

Hi I have a 98 limited with e-locker. Very clean I’m asking 7500 for or a 2000 model with e-locker that is getting some paint updates I’m wanting 7200 for. I have not posted them anywhere yet. If your interested I can text pictures and more info? 918-813-7041

1998 has 210k with e locker. Auto trans, tan leather, black outside with charcoal gray trim and flares. Aftermarket wheels and tires. Timing belt done at 185k by previous owner.

2000 has 250k with e locker. Auto trans, tan leather, same colors as the 98. It is getting all of the trim done and a few places re painted where the clear was peeling at the moment but should be finished soon.

Both are the limited models.

If you're willing to do a long haul you can find a few out in the SF Bay Area that fit that profile, try checking Craigslist. Hope that helps!

I've been the market for a rust free T4R for half a year now, and its hard to find one for a reasonable price. They are selling for a premium these days. Good luck!
 
I have a 2000 limited 4runner in Black that has a good frame, all maintenance up to date, and fully built with nothing but quality in your price range if you are interested.
