This is a link for the Tacoma version since the one for the Runenr wasn't available but the onlly diff is the brackets.

I have the Tacoma plate but fabbed up simple rectangle steel pieces with corresponding bolt holes to extend the plate 3" forward so it hugs the curve of the fatlip bumper perfectly. The actual brackets for the 4Runenr version extends the plate to far out and low for my tastes.
Here's a couple pics.
Here's a shot with the plate removed for an off road excursion so you can see the fabbed extension connected to the Tacoma bracket.
