WTB Hood latch clip

I broke the plastic clip that holds the bar to the hood latch mechanism.

Anyone know where I can get one?

My notes say it's PN 6975920110. I haven't ordered them yet so double check, but that should be it.

they sell them in the "help" parts section at any autoparts store. its an assorted pack and its more common as a interior door handle rod clip.

$2.70 is pretty cheap for oem and i just didn't want to hassle at the dealer. it worked for me and now i have some spares.

For those of you old enough to remember on carburetor engines, the throttle linkage rod was made of metal and didn't break like these plastic things.

That package is good for when you snap the one holding ac condenser behind the bumper as well.
