I have a set off of my wife's 2015 sr5 premium. They are the aluminum ones with the strip down the side. I'm willing to deal. Let me know what you think is fair.

From what I have read those are a port installed item. I had a fun time chasing down some. Unless you want to buy them piece by piece for $1600 through a dealer then you'll have to find some take offs here, on ebay or craigslist.
You will probably also have a difficult time finding someone to ship. Shipping ranges from $100 up to almost $200 depending on your location from the seller. They will need a box that is 72"-13"-7" or very close.
