WTB Wiring harness/ecu for 4th gen seat heaters

I know this is a longshot, but I'm looking for the harness/ecu that connects the heated seat switch to the heating element in each seat.

Alternatively, I'm looking for the rostra aftermarket kit for the 4runner. Part number was 250-1759. Rostra says they no longer make it.
