WTT: Leather seats for cloth + cash

So, I've never been a fan of leather seats. As it is, the 4Runner I just bought came with them.

So, I'm looking to see if anyone wanted to swap front and rear seats (and possibly door cards).

Details:
-2004 4Runner SR5
-Seats are dark gray leather
-No rips or tears. Drivers seat shows the most wear, obviously.
-No heated seats.
-Has power lumbar....don't remember if anything else is power.

I'm out of town right now. But I'll post pics as soon as I get back for those that are interested.

Update for all you interested in my OEM leather seat covers.

I found a guy on Ebay that is selling OEM cloth seat covers. If I win the covers, I'll just replace the covers myself and forego replacing the entire seat assemblies.

What this means for those of you who are interested. I'll have a full set of leather covers available shortly. So long as you're willing to put the covers on yourself.

I'm not entirely sure what kind of time/labor commitment this will require. But I'm fairly mechanically inclined. I will have to find a set of hog ring pliers though. Or bring my seats to the local interior shop.

I'm still interested in the leather covers if they're in good shape. Like you, I'll try to replace them myself and probably add heaters in the process. I imagine the replacement of the covers will be a labor intensive project. Most definitely starting with the rear and passenger seat to minimize the downtime. Are you going to replace the fabric on the headrests as well? Does the fabric even come off? I would guess it would, but have no idea how. We might be able to swap the headrests if not. The door inserts would need to be swapped as well. Keep me informed. Thanks.
