It's X-reas as in X-Resevoir or more literally cross-resevoir hydrolic shocks. Cake...there's no if or buts about the pronunciation when you look at it that way.

The actual technical meaning for this (and from Toyota) is "Diagonal-linked Relative Absorber System"
