Yo.
Just installed XD's 4300K Phillips Extreme kit and am absolutely amazed how big an effect $250 can make.
I mostly followed 4RunnerRon's thread:

and, though the kit has clearly changed since, Ron's photos are very similar to the output of my kit. Separate wiring harness for each bulb, new (and larger) epoxy-sealed ballasts and upgraded ignitors went in in about four beer's time and look bullet proof.
I couldn't be more pleased with the apparent quality of the kit, nor with Steve @ XD. Several emails and a coupla' phone calls were answered or responded to very quickly, and though the Phillips kit was on back order when I ordered mine, it was shipped FedEx Air at no additional charge the day they got 'em in.
Of all the sources of HID kits available, I am totally satisfied with my choice and can't wait for these Phillips bulbs to "break in." Thanks the many T4R members who posted similar experiences for helping me to pick Xenon Depot's product for my new Runner!
