Xenon Depot Customer Service

May not be the correct location to post this, but I don't venture outside the 5th Gen section often.

I wanted to comment on the phenomenal customer service received from [MENTION=89338]xenon[/MENTION] depot. My passenger HID went out about a month before the warranty was up. Tried troubleshooting the issue with a couple of suggestions from [MENTION=89338]xenon[/MENTION] depot, and was not successful. They sent me a new ballast without issue. Unfortunately that did not work, so I called back and tried a couple other suggestions. They then sent out a new bulb and that solved the problem.

The customer service was excellent during the entire time and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone.

I haven't had an issue with any product but they've been incredible is answering questions and discussing product. We had a chat before I ordered my led high beams a couple weeks back where they gave the most honest and accurate info I've ever received from a light company. Needless to say I ordered right away. I'm pretty much in the mind set that anything they sell that I need I'm just buying from them.

I've purchased their Xtreme HID kits for our GX470 and our 5th gen, great product, great service, wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

Always had a pleasant experience with them. Will soon be trying to pick up the new set of LED High beams with the updated ballast that prevents flicker. Fun to be modding again.

theyre very active in lots of automotive forums and as far as I could tell theyre very responsive.. if i were ever in the market for lighting, i'd give them a try
