Xenon Depot Volt 4300k H.I.D Kit Trouble

I purchased a volt 4300k hid kit from another member here, i received the kit yesterday and was so excited to install it in my fogs (9006) because i want it to match my hid low beams. So after work around midnight i went to install the hid kit, it was cold.. around 10degree. I took out the stock bulbs and carefully put the hid ones in and connected with the factory connector and the ballast. Went to turn on my headlights, low beams went on but none of the fogs. I tried turning on and off the fog switch and restarting the car but still nothing. Could this possibly be a defect kit?

Did you try reversing the polarity

I have tried switch everything, even the power connector. Still no luck. The weird thing is that BOTH of the kit doesnt work...

I contact the seller right after the issue and he gave me a respond very quickly. I have sent an email to xenon depot stating the problem but they are closed til Feb. 3rd.
Hope i can get a replacement..

Maybe a silly question, but have you made sure your high beams arent on? I only ask as when i put in my new fogs they wouldnt light because i had my high beams on.
