Ordered some LEDs from Xenon Depot in December to replace the stock internal lights in my 5th gen. I still haven't received my order. Has anyone had any luck contacting them? They won't respond to emails, won't pick up phone calls, and they don't return voicemails. I sent a PM to their account on here yesterday.

I bought a low beam HID kit just before Christmas, and spoke to them twice before ordering. I had none of the issues you're mentioning. The kit arrived quickly and have had no issues at all so far. I read about several issues with their product durability and support going downhill after they were purchased. I've experienced none of that personally.

I’m with you. Ordered my lights on 12/27 and received them 1/17, so 3 weeks of waiting with no status update. One email I sent took 6 days to respond to and another one took 8. If it wasn’t for their previous forum support from years ago, I wouldn’t have ordered from them.

I got tired of waiting and filed a dispute with my credit card company. Xenon finally called me back and cancelled my order (haven't received a cancellation email, but with my dispute, I don't really care).

Had a question about my 3 year old HID kit. Took them 5 days to respond. Another 6 to respond to the follow up question. Placed an order on 13Jan arrived 18Jan, but had gotten the upgraded shipping for free. Think there was a shipping delay for lots of the orders, especially if you had ordered after Black Friday. They had said this is the busiest time of the year for their support department because of all the new kits that went out for the holiday shopping season. I did notice the package came from Atlanta instead of Canada this time. I wonder if the returns go back to there instead of Canada, return shipping to a foreign country is expensive and a PITA.

Bought the Morimoto XB headlights through Xenon Depot - two LEDs have failed in the driver's side light. Warranty needs to be done through Xenon Depot per Morimoto - no response from Xenon Depot so far.

Not great. Would hate to dispute the charge with my CC company.

Unfortunately they seem to be the only one offering an LED HB that can run DRL's at reduced brightness.

had the same issue. ordered thru xenonpro. com this time around. 10/10 so far.
