lol ya i like the look of the yellow air hose under there and figured its safer this way since there is about 25ft of tubing so i will never have to worry about there not being enough or it fulling out and failing...

Ya im actually pretty happy with the laptop pics but ended up getting my bluetooth to work so i replaced them with fone pics which are a little better.

Thats a fancy air hose you got there. Makes the 8mm fuel line I used look like crap. And those are pretty decent pictures for an integrated laptop webcam.

Well thought id show u guys some small things ive been working on though some of them are still a work in progress...

Installed my GPS antenna for my Pioneer AVIC-D3:

Well this is an image of my interior center console area and im not 100% certain on where i want to place this knob... thought about in the small pocket next to the outlets but after looking at it, it seems a little inconvenient.

I have been working on this for a week now and well im still having a few problems with it from being perfect but these should be worked out in the next week or two. My custom mounted inverter; really wanted it to look factory and im very glad with how it came out looking overall:

You've done a great job on that truck. :bravo: That would be sick if you SAS'd it. :naughty: I mean someday.

lol ya brian it will hopefully be one day!

mgarding: ive always wondered why they dont do this bc most ppl would find it very useful...

Great work man! That's one of the best jobs I've seen, when speaking about the power inverter mod! Nice and clean looking! :hatsoff:

Ok guys so im gonna buy the rear bumper end that i need on monday when Certifit is open and well my friend is trying to get me to herculine the bottom valence of the 4runner. My gf says she likes the look better since it helps the ARB fit in more with the 4runner but im still partial to it but also to the 4runner being the way it is...

Wat do u guys think? herculine the bottom black or leave it? Borrowed this pic from Jon though is 4runner is a slightly diff color then mine.

Personally I was gonna wait until I really mess up my flairs before I herculine them...I like that look, but why rush it?

Well are you selling it or not? If you are still trying to sell then I wouldn't do it because the herculiner is an acquired taste. I would wait to make sure you aren't selling it.

i think hes keeping it now, i really like the it looks on jons truck, i just dont think i could ever do it to my own truck though

Well im gonna keep the 4runner after much deliberation... but the reason im thinking bout doing it right now is because i need to replace the bumper piece that is ruined and well if i herculine it now then there is no point in paying a shop to paint the new piece to match.

I know wat u mean Dalton, i think it looks good on Jon's rig in the pics but im not sure if i would like it on mine especially up close since its so grainy and will fade in color over time.

The reason u might have missed it is bc i have had the front on for a while now but wasnt super glad with the rear thats y i replaced the 891s with the 9 wraps... Im runninf 882s in the front and well now its only settled a bit with the ARB up there. I am thinking that when i put the BL on i will add the 3/4" top plate spacers that have been sitting in my garage.

Wow those 9 wraps look great..I must have missed it, but what are you running up front?

so glad you have decided to keep it...
I'm installing my 9 wraps and top plates for the fronts on saturday and hopefully putting my 35's on saturday too! thats if my tires and wheels arrive before the weekend. ill post pics to compare the height since you and i will be running the same setup.

Have someone photoshop your truck with the herculined bottom area and decide from there. I'm looking at Jon's truck and part of the reason why it looks good herculined is because he also has the blacked out wheels to match with it.

You will have silver top, black, and another silver for the wheels, just can't picture it without seeing...always good to have a reference.

Glad to also know you're keeping your rig.

Well if i herculine the bottom then im gonna black out my rims... ive been wanting too but figured it would look dumb since my rims are the best to black out and leave the rest of the 4runner the thundercloud color.
