Yakima slim shady awning brackets for arb awning?

Anyone one know if the Yakima mounting brackets (attached a picture of them) provided with the slim shady awning would work to mount an arb awning?

May be a dumb question but the Yakima brackets look so easy and simple to install and remove but I think I'll be happier with the arb awning size.

Or maybe someone has a better option for an awning mounted to oem roof rails?

Weird, I did exactly the opposite and added ARB brackets onto my Slim Shady awning. Hated those things. The aluminum channels are extremely similar, though maybe not a perfect match. I ultimately sold my Slim Shady and got an ARB awning.

I looked at the arb brackets but I was trying to avoid drilling into anything. I'd have to remove my awning every winter so the easier to install/remove the better.
