How Many Posts so I can Post New Messages and Sell Wheels/Tires

Good morning everyone...how many posts do you have to have to post new threads and post to classifieds? Would love to sell my brand new 20" Limited Wheels and Tires that came off my 2019 4Runner Limited w/ 100 miles on it...LOL. In the DC/MD area.
