I asked for plugs at the stealership and they didn't have them in stock. I said I would just buy them at O'Reilleys and the clerk looked at me like I'd slapped her. She told me not to put their plugs in and I explained I could buy NGK's there and the 4-runner had either NGK's, Densos, or a mix of both. Then she looked at me like I was a complete idiot and said they would never mix plugs like that. Needles to say when I changed the plugs I had three of each. No more trips to the dealership unless necessary. Oh, and they also put an extra quart of oil in it for me when they changed it. Way over the fill line. Nice
