So I brought my 3rd gen for a rear lift. Yes, because of a shipping mess up, and bad timing, I brought my truck in to get my rear lifted and tires mounted and balanced. I installed my fronts the previous week.

I get home and I notice some rattling in the rear. I write it off thinking it should settle. Well, yesterday, i crawl underneath and find my panhard bar loose. Not just a few threads loose, but literally forgot to tighten it back. Other observations from this supposedly reputable shop?
1) panhard rod loose
2) fuel line bracket not reattached
3) all 4 gorilla locking nuts on one wheel
4) top nut on left rear shock loose

Just venting...

I feel the same way about having anyone touch any of my stuff. I get disgusted when people fail to do their normal jobs well.
I know people have bad days, but I step back and slow down when my mind is not focused. It is just the right thing to do. We are human and will make mistakes. As they say "stay in your lane".

Dang, how in the world did that tech get the job working in that shop!!
I avoid techs like those by doing 99% of all repairs on my own.
Glad you were smart enough to do a run down on your rig OP, I would also take it back, and question "how did that happen" to the service writer.
You should expect a higher level of service you deserve and paid for.

I don't know how may members remember "the Mask" movie where Jim Carrey dons the mask one evening and goes nuts at the garage where they screwed him over. I remember people in the movie theatre actually clapping.

If you have already fixed the problems, call it a lesson learned. If not, go back and raise hell.
