I'm using an old miller cricket. They can be had pretty cheap used. I'd look to spend about 500 for a decent entry level welder.

I may be able to get a pretty good deal on a lincoln 140 mig welder I have t done much research but the guy says it's awesome what are your thoughts

So I got around to doing the isr mod today just got it in today gonna be painting it just to add a little character under the hood, also curious is it worth it to paint vac lines or would it just fade away after a while and crack? Pic included

After also where the fpr nipple is that connected to the intake lost its vac hose, the write I ised for this was for the 00-02 and the pic that was showing had a tube connected to the intake manifold if I'm not mistaken had a hose already going to it where with mine it just had a cover so I cut a new piece of hose and ran it from the fpr nipple to the unused intake nipple where the write called for a T fitting to run both the fpr hose and the hose I didn't have on my vehicle any idea my solution is solid or am I missing something?

Here's a link to a photo of mine. Since you have a newer 4Runner you have less vacuum lines. My upper plenum is capped off. Lower plenum runs directly to the Airaid. It already had a port for the vacuum line. You're setup fine. You could always install a fitting in your exhaust tube and run a vacuum line similar to the airaid setup.

Don't forget to reset your EFI.

What the hell happened to your hatch?

Bein over tired n what not hit the gas hard in reverse, forgot my buddy's pick up was there backed into his steel bumper and I got all the damage got a hatch that needs everything swapped over and painted can't see my self dropping over a grand on a brand new shell live and learn ha

I thought I had read that somewhere but didn't catch it again the efi I mean and thanks for the information on the man I'll check your build out soon
