yeah, I want to have a few diff ones to pic from, I like the blue color, what did you use to make blue?
Green is a mix of blue/yellow, so what do you have to add to it to filter the yellow?

Umm i wanted the red and thought bout using thin plexiglass sheeting that they have at a architecture supply store i get my stuff at but i just havent done it all bc i really hate hotspots and dont wanna switch if that is the case.

yeah i can send yall some of these, I'll have to go buy some stamps cause i have a feeling these may get pretty popular. I have a small strip left over from what i used ( i think it should be big enough) but i also have some other strips of a different tone of reds (darker, lighter) so just let me know which one you would prefer, in my experience with playing with these, the lighter the color the more yellowish it may look.
sure thing, just let me know what colors you would like it has everything from black to brown to purple to yellow, blue etc...
you know, I should of wrote down which ones did what, but im pretty sure it was just a dark blue that made it that way, or it was turquoise, ill be diving in there again soon, i want to fasten the swatch on there a little better but yeah and i can tell you exactly
The brown cover in front of the clock is what gives the OEM green the yellowish hue it aslo will alter the color a little on lighter colors, so the darker the color on the swatch the better the more solid the swatch color will stick out.
I haven't tested the clock in the light yet but from my first attempt with that purple thing it made it somewhat hard to see during the day.
yeah hotspots do suck, there is video i posted in the beguning of this thread where a guy used this reflective tape inside where the lights go, i think it still had light hot spots but nothing crazy.

So the clock actually shows through the film in the daytime, its kind of hard to see but i cant even remember if it was that way when it was green??? you can still see it though.

dah, i looked at it lastnight and i may be wrong but i believe its a polyester film. it's some pretty neat stuff

Hey guys! so i went out and tested these things again and actually wrote down what did what. I didn't take pictures because that would be a lot of pictures to take and honestly it would take too long so ill list all the colors you can get.
Once again the lighter colors may change once you put the clock trim back on due to its tint, however the darker colors work out pretty dang good

hey guys let me know what you think about this but im thinking if things keep going like this may run out of colors soon so i was thinking on cutting out pre-cut pieces to fit the clock that way i have more of the same color just in case things start selling like crazy,
however if you think thats a rip off for a $1 ill change my mind and send you the full swatch. let me know

you know i dont recall what blue LEDs look like but this is the electric blue, its gonna be a lighter blue almost like the pics of my head uni maybe a little lighter. here is a pic of the electric blue swatch it will probably be much different with the clock
