You know your driving a classic TR4 when...

You know you're driving a classic T4R when your Jeep friends want you to go with them on the trails - to yank them out when they get stuck.

(Happened this past weekend!)

:hurt:

You know you're driving a classic T4R when you can see your tires on both sides of your front fenders.
More "body mods" I get to fix from the previous owner.

When the nut thing on your front t case output gives in 4wd, mid drift, and half your drive line sits on the ground. Draining all the gear oil. Mocking you.

When not one but two different neighbors walk past the house with the Jeep Wrangler and past the house with the lifted Silverado in the middle of a snowstorm to ask you and your rustbucket to come yank their front wheel drive out of the gutter. :D

Nice. How'd it go?

Pure cake. They weren't horribly stuck, just dorks with bald all-seasons and 2wd. I got a kick out of them passing up the posers to knock on my door, though. The Jeep guy came out and watched, I wonder what he was thinking. :D

I heard the guy with the F250 around the corner got stuck too but somebody else had already gotten him when I got there, which is too bad. I would have really enjoyed that.

I had one roommate slide into our house in his mustang, and our Resident Asian got his Escort stuck sideways in a gutter. And my t case letdown happened. Yesterday was pretty interesting.

So what do you need for your case? I have most of a forward shift taken apart and sitting in a bucket, I could probably spare some parts.

Guess they came to the right guy/truck!

When its icy and you don't have to go any slower than normal and you still stop faster than the people around you.

Or when your always scared that when you go to roll down the rear window nothing will happen.

when your friend rolls down "that window"

when you can't get "that window" completely closed and you wake up to an inch of snow on the interior
