Your most-used off-road lights?

Hiya guys! So I was planning on investing in a bit of extra off-road lighting and I have really seen so many options in terms of what I can do. Roof mount, stealth bar, ditch lights. The list goes on and on. Being a broke college student, I can only afford one lighting solution as of now, so I am curious as to what you guys use the most.

If you could only have 1 extra external lighting solution on your car, what would it be? (Location and light type)

Right now, I am really liking the lower bumper stealth LED bar idea, or ditch lights, but I would love to hear from everyone else. Thanks!

If it gets foggy often, is go with a pair of really good fog lights, probably hid at least 6", if not I'd choose a dual row led bar as long as you can fit.

I'm also a broke college student haha I have a 30 inch light bar in my lower grille. Didn't cost me a lot to do it at all. The light bar cost $82 and it hasn't had any condensation in it yet. Here's a pic of what mine looks like

Close range forest, curvy, hilly road.... flood pattern.
Open range, desert type.... combo or spot pattern.
Both in a bar setup.

With you putting in the lower grill... flood pattern would be my suggestion.

Two questions. Did you just make your own brackets to fit one down there? And who makes that LED bar, cause sub-$100 sounds good to me!

I am thinking I might do the stealth bar down there with a combo as opposed to the ditch lights. I dig having the ability to turn on some extra lights without having them blatantly mounted on my car.

Yea depending on what I find, I will most likely go with a bar in the lower grill. Huge fan of stealthy light mounts that aren't just out in the open. A combo or flood definitely seems like the right decision down there. Would make a decent fog light too if it truly gets bad one day.

Rigid industries driving D2's in the Lower grill... By far the most effective light, the color not only makes everything glow ahead of you but it really is a great all around light.

The rigid dually spots on the A pillar are also excellent but you cant really drive around with them on or you will blind people

Yea I'm thinking of putting the stealthed light bar below, and then spots up on the pillars in the far far future. Those look great though.

For me it would be between my led cube fogs I switched out in the OEM bumper location, and I actually do use my roof lightbar, but I also live just outside the city, but also in horrible storms while driving I do like my presence known to avoid accidents.

got some clear covers and added tint paint

i'd fuxk with this setup, only with hellas or some KC day liters.
