Zaino results are in...

Zaino'd the Runner last weekend. What an awesome product. Paint is smooth as silk. I'd slide right off if I leaned against it. Shine isn't as dramatic as on darker cars, but nice just the same. Certainly ten times better than the crappy job the dealer did before I picked it up.

I finished "Z-ing" my 4Runner a few weeks ago too! Put on 6 coats of Z2 Pro.

Did you get the spray on gloss enhancer? I do the whole Zaino Bros. bit on my T4R, at least every 9 mo's., and use the gloss enhancer, easy detailer in between. Great products.

Thanks! To wash, claybar, wash again, and add two coats of Z2 with a Z6 polish after each coat took about 6 hours not including the drying time in between coats. (about an hour each just to make sure it was good to go).

Everyone at work who has seen it wants me to detail their cars now like I am some professional. :naughty:

I have to admit, I was very impressed with the results on white. After seeing some of the darker colors paint results, I thought I might be dissapointed, but I am very pleased. Hope to add a few more coats this weekend.

I have a white 4runner also and I agree that it does not look as glossy with Zainos but the fiish lasts so long I long I have stuck with it.

I have used Zaino on my vehicles for several years. On my Pacific Blue 4Runner, dust adheres to the hood after application of Zaino, so it appears to not have anti-static properties. Otherwise a great product.

Did you finish with the Z-6 spray? After using the actual polish, its best to use the Z-6 spray as an anti-static barrier. It just sprays on and wipes off with a large towel. It definetly helps.
