What would be the resulting lift with about 120lbs added to the front?
Does it maintain ride comfort?

center of hub to top of fender measurements
I measured my 2019 Off Road (No KDSS) w/ an estimated 200lbs hanging off the front and Eibach Pro Lift, stock size 265/70R17 Falken Wildpeaks, and a full tank of gas. I get the following measurements measuring center of the wheel to the edge of the fender.
Driver side front = 21.75 inches
Passenger side front = 22 inches
Driver side rear = 23 in
Passenger side rear = 23.5 in
Stock Height is mentioned in one of the previous threads as being:
Front = 19.125
Rear = 22
Ride comfort is subjective to the driver. I find the Eibach lift makes the truck feel more taught over stock. Where before the body roll through the curves and nosedive on braking was horrible.
Now it's tight in the curves and nosedive is gone. I find it is still comfortable to drive on bumpy washboard unpaved roads and still is comfortable for paved road trips. I don't find the ride jarring at all. YMMV
Longest road trip so far for me is 4 hours each way - my home in S. Missouri to Kansas City.
In a couple weeks I'm driving to International Falls, MN for a family house boat fishing trip. That will be a 15 hour drive each way. We plan to stop in Minneapolis to get a hotel after about 10hrs of driving.
Edited to add: I kept my 2006 Nissan Frontier King Cab 4x4 w/ stock suspension. The Frontier is way more uncomfortable to drive (suspension-wise) compared to the T4R w/ Eibach. The Frontier drives like a brick. I can feel every bump in the road. Only thing I still like about it is the bed and acceleration. Punch the gas and it goes.
The T4R seems to lag on accelerating. I got a Sprint Booster recently that I need to install to see if that helps.
Edit#2 I'd look at your tire size / weight for ride comfort & fuel economy.
In choosing the stock size Wildpeaks my goal was to keep the tire weight as close to stock weight as possible. This has greatly helped my fuel economy - 18.75mpg average (hand calculated) and ride comfort. I do plan to try 275's 40k miles from now.
On my Frontier w/ 96k miles, I'm on my 3rd set of tires - P rated Falken Wildpeak AT3W 265/75R16's. Before that I had 10ply LT BFG ATKO-1 tires in the same size. The BFG's were a heavy rough riding tire. Going over a washboard road was ridiculous. They killed a good 4mpg off the truck. The softer Falkens ride way better - though the truck still drives like a brick.
Tire pressure is something else to consider for ride comfort. You might try airing down your 285's to closer to the door sticker stock pressure and see how it drives.
