Yup no need to replace your timing chain, only timing belts need to be changed.
In addition, start changing your oil every 5k-6k (if using synthetic oil) and that will prolong the life of your timing chain.
I replace my oil twice a year (5-6k). Once before winter and once before summer time.

10k is probably fine with a synthetic, but oil is cheap and oil changes on our v6s are easy. I change every 5k with a full synthetic.

For reference I change my oil every 5k with a synth-blend. Engine is just over 250k with nary a tick.
Timing chain is original and should outlive me. My biggest problem is I've never changed the trans fluid, but it is on my list to do a fluid exchange in the next couple weeks before spring.

I’ve had oil analysis done on various synthetics and the TBN is still quite high after 6-7K miles. The oil is still comfortably within spec and hasn’t sheared down.
10K is no problem on the V6 with any reputable brand of synthetic oil.
I think checking the level frequently and topping up is probably just as important as regular oil changes. If the chain is starving for oil it’s going to heat up and wear out faster.
I’m also on the original chain.

That's always wonderful to hear! I hope I get many miles out of my 08 T4R. I also used MOBIL 1. I use it on my motorcycle chain instead of chain lube. Thin coat applied as needed. No wear on sprocket or chain in over 13k miles. I am hard on the throttle too! The claims Mobile 1 state are fact
What model year? Any other issues? Head gasket?

Thank you for all the replies. Yes, I change my oil every Sept before winter time. Glad to see others with their original chain. I hope you are the first owner because I am.
Most of it are highway miles. Maybe the chain life might change if you are doing a lot of offroading. I want to keep it that way to see how long it would take before I get a stretched chain code.
By the way, I use amsoil synthetic and filter eversince.
