No issue at all. The Sprint Booster doesn't use the OBD port, it plugs in behind the gas pedal so this is no problem.

Got mine in, love it.
Green 3 is my preferred setting, reminds me of the F150 pedal I just came from.
Drive this slowly compared to other cars so its just right for me.
That said I've got the red setting on 6 :biggrin1:
