If you want OEM height and performance then OEM will be the best fit for you. If you need increased cargo capacity or towing capacity look into adding rear airbags to help the coil springs. If you're on a budget then KYB shocks and Moog springs will probably be the most budget friendly option.

So I tried to follow along with the video to install the new seals, but they got hung up on the hole for the ABS sensor. I also had to hammer the seals in from the start, and in the video it looks as if he pushes the seal in by hand past the ABS hole and only does a little hammering past the hole.
