Clips and adhesive. You can do just adhesive though if you go with some 3m or other industrial strength maker. The second set I have came from a Toyota dealer and have some of the clips but not all so I'd rather say 'no clips included.'

Which style did you get, clear or tinted? I have been passively looking for a set of clears.
