ive had em since feb... and theyre not bad...
nice tire, nice ride. smooth. not too loud. but i still skid in rain. excellent in dirt. skill skid in mud. but hey, im only a 2wd. and i drive like a maniac, purposely trying to skid, to test the tires (in safe areas of course). maybe i am expecting too much? probably... but overall i like em.
probably will try something new next time around tho.
they still look new tho, haven't worn much at all. and i drive allloootttt for work. so i cant complain really.

The set I'm running are going into their 3rd winter this season. I commute about 80 miles a day and they still have plenty of tread on'm. The ONLY issue I've had is when I have less than a 1/4 tank of gas and take an on/off ramps (tight full circle type) too fast... they'll try to slip a little. Being properly fueled up seems to add just enough weight to maintain traction. That and me slowing down a bit lol.

Four Wheeler mag liked them.
I'd call them an an aggressive all terrain, as opposed to a dedicated m/t. If you are looking for something reliable to take on the trail, but dont need a dedicated mud tire, this is a good choice. You'll also get a decent ride on the road.

The Trail Grapplers are pretty big MT's so you might have to trim to fit depending on size you go with. Also Trails's seen to be overall larger then other tires in same size and styling.
I am planning on running the LT285/70R17 Trail Grapplers next after these KM2 wear away alittle more.

I've had em since the spring, wheeled, daily driven, etc. They work pretty well, seem to be getting a little louder than the first day but it is to be expected from a mildly aggressive A/T tire. With the 32 inch tire didn't have to trim, but did have to push the front of the fender liner forward. Will probably get them in 285's soon and then we'll see how much I'll have to trim. Pretty smooth riding and seem to grip pretty well.

Sorry for bumping an older thread, but someone asked the exact question I was wondering about. Sounds like noise isn't bad, but how bad a hit did you guys take on MPG with any of the three variants? Terra/Trail/Mud Grapplers. Any real-world info is appreciated. Spending almost $300/tire I wanna do it right the first time.How have they affected your MPGs? What size do you currently have? Post up some pics i'm super curious!!
(specifically 33x12.5's, but data on 32" is ok)
