Can anyone post up pics and a write up of how to remove the front bumper??

As I was taking off my front bumper to put on my Shrockworks bumper I thought about doing this. I took pictures and will be able to post them within the next week. But, it's very easy.
1. Remove the lower splach shield.
2. Remove anything securing the front of the inner fender splash shields
3. Remove the fasteners securing the top of the bumper cover. They are under a black piece which it removed by clip.(easy to remove with a flathead)
4. Remove the screws on the sides and bottom. Should be 8 if I remember correctly.
That takes off the shell. There is a bumper reenforcement there that can be removed by the four nuts/bolts?
That should do it. Takes maybe 20 to 30 minutes.
Why are you taking off the bumper?

I reccomend SST#S4WZ4LL, along with SST#CRWBR.
All joking aside, just look for all the plastic clips and 10mm (For the purposes of this post, size indicated is bolt head size, not actual bolt size) bolts/screws that hold the bumper skin onto the body. After removing the bumper skin, there is a metal crossbar held on by 14mm bolts. After removing the bar you will be able to remove the 14mm bolts holding on the supports for that bar. After all that, you're bumper free.

I don't see how that works, most of the skin is held onto the quarter panels, radiator support and extensions from the body by screws and clips. By the time you dissconnect all those pieces, you may as well just remove the whole skin.
Maybe I am misinterpreting what you are saying.

My best method; let a Camry run a stop sign in front of you, broadside the Camry at 40mph, and spin it 90+ degrees. Pushing the Camry's (UNOCCUPIED) passenger doors in a foot really aids in removing your old front-runner bar, driving lights, and it even loosens up your plastic bumper cover!! 
In all seriousness, I hope you have small hands. I tried to remove my bumper cover to change out the lower valence when a chunk of ice shattered mine (silver plastic piece) and all I accomplished was tearing the hell out of my hands. After an exaggerated cup of blood and two hours I said **** IT! and took it to Toyota.... Only to have this accident 3 months later -_-.

When I had my bumper on the floor after removal the cross bar was still inside, of course everything was disconected from the truck, but I saw no point taking off the skin separately so it all came off together. I didn't exactly read into it at all, just started pullin on wrenches and removing clips as I went along. Really, there's not much to it - it's only a bumper

Ah, well either way, the crossbar has to come off to access the support bolts. You'd be surprised how complicated some bumpers can be to remove... you ever tried a VW Jetta or Passat?
