Is Edmunds TMV good way to find what to pay

I am trying to find accurate starting price when negotiation with dealers, I really think Truecar or USAA are more toward dealers than consumers. is edmunds TMV can be use to provide good starting price? is there better website out there?

Get a quote from truecare.com and negotiate from there.

its a good resource but not the holy grail. I would say USAA and TRUEcar are about the best a consumer can use right now. If you have access to a dealers blackbook even better
